Sparkle In Stone – Refunds & Return Policy

This Refunds & Return Policy outlines your rights and obligations when purchasing products from Sparkle In Stone. By ordering from our store, you agree to these terms.

1. Standard Consumer Rights (UK)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“cooling-off period”) for most standard products, unless they are exempt as outlined below.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

You are responsible for returning the item in its original condition unless it is faulty, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

2. Items Excluded from Standard Returns
Some products cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Custom Orders – Items that were specially sourced or made for you are final sale. These cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Used Items – Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery (unless the item was faulty on arrival).

  • Naturally Sourced Crystals & Stones – Minor natural variations in size, shape, or colour are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.

 

3. Mystery Boxes / Mystery Items

  • Mystery boxes/items are sold as-is and cannot be returned if you simply don’t like the contents.

  • Returns are only accepted if items are damaged, faulty, or not as described.

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

 

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We may request a photo of the item to assess the issue.

Approved faulty or damaged items will be:

  • Replaced where possible, or

  • Refunded if replacement is not feasible.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Custom Orders & Special Sourcing
Custom or specially sourced items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless faulty on arrival.

Delivery for custom items may take longer due to sourcing times; estimated delivery windows will be communicated before purchase.

6. Natural Variations
Crystals and stones are natural products, and variations in colour, pattern, size, and texture are part of their unique character.

These natural variations do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

7. In-Person Collection
Customers choosing to collect items in person must inspect the product at the time of collection.

Once the item has been collected, the standard return period applies only for faulty or damaged goods.

8. How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact Sparkle In Stone via email with your order number and reason for return.

For eligible items, return the product in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection.

9. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

10. Exceptions & Limitations
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.

Sparkle In Stone reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns that do not meet the above criteria.
