All products are physical goods carefully sourced by Sparkle In Stone.
Availability: Our products are limited and subject to availability, as many are naturally sourced or one-of-a-kind. Once sold out, items may not be restocked or may vary in appearance.
Product Images: All pictures shown are taken in-house by Sparkle In Stone to accurately represent the items you receive. Please note that natural variations in crystals and stones mean no two pieces are exactly alike.
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee colours, textures, or natural variations (especially for crystals and gemstones) will be exactly as shown.

3c. Custom & Special Orders

Sparkle In Stone may offer custom-sourced or specially requested items at the customer’s request.
Non-Refundable: Items that are sourced specifically for a customer are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, even if the item is unused.
Delivery Time: Custom orders may take longer to deliver due to varying sourcing times. Estimated delivery windows will be communicated at the time of purchase, but delays may occur depending on availability.
Customers will be informed of any expected delivery timeframe and the nature of the custom sourcing before purchase.
We make every effort to fulfil custom orders according to the customer’s request, but minor variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of stones and crystals.

4. Orders & Payment

All payments must be received in full before orders are shipped.
We may cancel or refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment is received.
Delivery is only available within England, Wales, and Scotland.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location, shipping carrier, and the delivery option selected at checkout.
Customers may choose to collect their order in person if preferred.
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
